The ancient recipe of our Neapolitan pizza originated with the use of raw flour for the pizza dough as early as the end of the nineteenth century. The raw meal, gently ground with a lava stone, retains its nutrients, its special aroma and its unique taste even after processing. The dietary fiber, folic acid, minerals and B vitamins in the flour make it possible to create a wholesome, but comparatively low-calorie meal.

The fact that we leave our dough to ferment for at least 36 to 48 hours also enhances the taste experience and, together with the high-quality ingredients, makes our pizzas particularly digestible.

Of course, our original Neapolitan pizzas are kissed by the flame in the wood oven. Whether you opt for the classic marinara or margherita – or want to taste an extended range of experiences – we can warmly recommend them all to you.
