SHIYU stands for quality, creativity and freshness – healthy and balanced dishes made from high-quality ingredients that not only look good, but also taste and fill you up.

Shiyu is derived from the Chinese Shi (food) and Yu (language). Every chef wants to convey a message to his guests with his creations, which is why each of our dishes has the passion of our chef – that is Shiyu, the language of food.

It all started many years ago in grandma’s kitchen. Uncompromisingly, nutrient-rich dishes were cooked every day from fresh ingredients. With your vision in mind, we started our first restaurant in Germany as a family business. Healthy, modern food without flavor enhancers, yet transparent and fast. Since many intolerances and diets are represented in today’s society, it is not always easy to find the perfect restaurant that meets every requirement. Regardless of whether vegan, omnivoric, pescetarian, lactose or gluten intolerant, we cook and produce all sauces ourselves, so we know what’s inside. We’ll definitely find your court.
